4. Working Hours

We Work When We Want. For 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday.

5. Vacation

You can use 15 days and more paid vacation a year whenever you want. In addition, there are various type of paid and unpaid vacations.

6. R&D Incentive

We give R&D incentive to the members who contributed to R&D projects according to the progress of the R&D projects.

7. Accommodation

If you are coming from out of Busan or Yangsan to join Tau, we can support a accommodation.

8. Financial support

Tau guarantees employees’ loans from banks for exercising the stock-option, ESOP and accommodation.

Luncheon meeting on every Tuesday and free snack provided.
